Melissa Illingworth, Is a primary Healthcare Provider, Board Certified Licensed Acupuncturist, Massage therapist and Medical Hypnotherapist in the state of California.  Melissa began to explore her passion for Health and Healing studying Massage and Bodywork at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, International Professional School of Bodywork and the Hypnosis Academy of America.  

Melissa has had a successful Massage and Bodywork practice for over 17 years.  She has specializations in Injury Rehabilitation, Stress and Pain Management, Structural Integration, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, and many other forms of Massage and Energy Work.  She owned and operated a successful Day Spa, Simplify Your Life in Bonsall, CA for many years. 

Melissa,  wanted to learn more and help her patients connect with their own inner healer with more than massage alone.  She continued her studies in Acupuncture, Eastern Medicine and Chinese Herbology.  She graduated from Southern California University of Health and Science with her Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  

After Passing her board exams, Melissa wanted to continue learning and growing as an Acupuncturist.   As a life-long learner, she studied for her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, Oregon specializing in Gynecology, and Internal Medicine for Aging Adults.  

Melissa is passionate about Mental Emotional Health, and has taken additional courses in Mind Body Medicine, Esoteric Acupuncture, Alchemical Healing, and she is always looking for new ways to help her patients live their best lives integrating Mind, Body and Spirit.
